I'm a natural teacher

I teach with generosity and openness and  love to engage and learn with my students.

MY TEACHING

The calm I bring to all classes  focuses on flowing, quality movement, and is always underpinned by the Pilates fundamental principles. Every student is guided  to build a strong foundation upon which to layer the Pilates skills.

 I teach Body Control Contemporary Pilates,  yet always aim to honour the original classical mat repertoire.

Posture, alignment and control are central elements within all my classes.  You will be encouraged to focus on  technique, practise with intent, and  understand how the mind and body work together to create efficient, controlled and flowing movement. However,  be prepared, once aligned and centred expect to be challenged in movements once considered unachievable!

Ultimately, I love watching my students explore the freedom of movement and leave every class feeling calmer, centred and rejuvenated.
