Beginners

A course designed for absolute beginners or for those who have tried Pilates a few times and want to learn more in a safe and supported environment

You will gain an understanding of the Pilates method and its benefits for posture, balance, alignment, core stability, strength and mobility.

These skills will provide a strong foundation in Pilates and give you the confidence, knowledge and motivation to join a mixed ability class………..and begin your Pilates journey!

  • Awareness of body alignment and posture

  • The importance of footwork

  • How to move with control and precision

  • The fundamental Pilates exercises
