Which Class is For Me?
Intermediate Pilates
A dynamic paced class combining Contemporary and Classical Pilates. The exercises provide a balanced combination of strength, mobility and flow. Pilates experience required for this class.
Restorative Pilates
A gentler paced class with an emphasis on alignment and core stability, whilst maintaining and improving balance, coordination and mobility. This class is suitable for older adults or those returning to their practice following injury or illness.
Fundamental Pilates
A class designed for novice students who want to further their Pilates practice and learn at their own pace. The class consolidates the Pilates fundamental skills and provides an opportunity to practice and build a repertoire of Pilates exercises.
Absolute Beginners’
You will gain an understanding of the Pilates method and its benefits for posture, balance, alignment, core stability and mobility. These skills will provide the foundation to your Pilates practice and give you the confidence, knowledge and motivation to join a class
Mixed Level Pilates
A mixed level class with an emphasis on alignment, core strength, mobility and flow. The session is both challenging and rejuvenating, with options available to modify the exercises if needed. You will be supported to work at the level that is right for your body.
